Message	no buyer's protection, you cannot leave feedback, that's why he still has a rating of 100% and probably screws people all the time this way, you send the money, he cancels the auction with your concent as the only bidder, and he doesn't have to pay the fees, and you don't get your item, and have no protection from ebay (for what that's worth).
